• Confirmation emails are sent automatically upon successful reservation

B. Cash Sale Transactions

• Full payment required within 7 days of contract execution
• Failure to complete payment within timeframe may result in forfeiture of reservation fee
• All sales are subject to title search and clear title delivery

C. Owner Financing Options

• Down payment and documentation fees due at contract signing
• Balance financed at terms specified in promissory note
• First installment due within 45 days of contract execution
• No prepayment penalties apply
• Property use permitted after initial payment and contract execution

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
